Altaeco understands the importance of respecting and safeguarding the privacy of its users, and as such undertakes not to generate SPAM of any kind and under any circumstances.

Personal data shall solely be processed for the purpose of updating you on the products and services developed by Altaeco, owner of the brands Ceramica Bardelli, Appiani, Ceramica Vogue and Gabbianelli.
In no case shall your data be transferred to third parties or external companies, with the sole exceptions of those structures that provide Altaeco with services aimed at the operational management of the contractual agreements stipulated with you, and  with regard only to registrations in the "3D download" area  of Autodesk, the technological partner in collaboration with whom Altaeco provides its 3D architectural design services.
Altaeco undertakes to allow every user to instantly cancel his/her personal data, at any time and with ease.
Pursuant to article 7 of Law Decree 196/2003, interested parties have the right, at any time and free of charge, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise in our archives of personal data relating to them, to request that said data be amended or cancelled, and to oppose the use of same, by writing to the Data Controller:

Conditions of use:

1. The user declares that he/she is aware that the services supplied by ALTAECO spa are solely for personal use.
2. Contents downloaded from the website are not transferable by the user under any circumstances. Moreover, the contents may not be reproduced, executed or employed for any purpose other than personal use. It is forbidden to modify, translate, distribute or create other libraries of materials pertaining to this Service; to copy or redistribute the Service; to remove ownership notes or labels that distinguish the Service; to modify, disassemble or alter the Service in any way.
3. The customer is solely responsible for the use of the contents downloaded from the website. Any legal action taken as a result of the improper use of the above-mentioned contents in terms of intellectual and industrial property rights, or for the violation  through improper use  of any law or regulation in force and enforceable in Italy, will be targeted at the user, who will be held directly responsible.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the brands and logos that appear on the website and in downloadable files are the property of ALTAECO spa. It is forbidden to use these brands and logos without written authorisation from ALTAECO spa.
